With just a few simple steps, we’ve made it easy to register your Rheem products so you can receive the full benefits of their warranties.

Register Your Product

Registering your Rheem products allows you to access included warranty benefits, opt to extend warranty coverage and take advantage of other valuable Rheem support services. Have your product serial number handy, then select Water Heating & Air Conditioning, or Pool & Spa (we’ll redirect you to Raypak.com to finalize your registration) to begin the quick registration process.

Verify Your Warranty

If you’ve already registered your Rheem product and would like to verify your warranty terms and coverage, click the applicable product category to the right to get started. Your serial number is required for verification.

Approved warranty claim must be done through initial point of purchase.

For units that are 30 days from install forward pictures/video to Canada.Warranty@Rheem.com to determine if the unit must be returned to Rheem for testing.

Residential water heater installed anywhere other than a single-family dwelling: The Application Warranty Periods will be limited to 12 months from the Effective Date for both tank and parts in all cases (in all locations regardless of who installs the unit).

Tank-Type

The label containing model and serial number information can be found on the front of a tank-type water heater.

Tankless

The label containing model and serial number information can be found on the front or on the right hand side of a tankless water heater depending on the model.

Rheem HVAC model and serial numbers can be found on your original warranty or sales invoice. If you do not have access to these documents, this information can be found on the unit itself. Please browse the product types below for specific details on locating a model or serial number:

Split-Systems

The label containing model and serial number information can be found on the back of the outdoor unit and on the inside front cover of the indoor unit. Two model and serial tags identify split system equipment.

Package-Systems

One model and serial number tag is used to identify Package System equipment. The tag is located on the outside corner of the unit. One model and serial tag identifies package equipment.
